HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

You will get tracking details via email and text message. For prepaid orders you will get tracking details in 24 hours. For Cash on Delivery (COD) you will receive a confirmation call and after confirmation in 24-48 hours you will get tracking details. Once order status is confirmed we start working on it and within 24 hours your order will be packed. According to your address, delivery usually takes 5-10 working days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No. Currently shipping is only available in India.
WHAT BRANDS DO YOU CARRY?

We carry mobile covers and accessories for all major brands including Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, Motorola, Infinix, Tecno, Nokia, Lava, and more.

IS CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pin codes in India. COD availability is checked during checkout based on your delivery pin code. A small convenience charge applies for COD orders.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders across India. Shipping charges, if any, are clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.

CAN I CHECK IF DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE TO MY PIN CODE?

Yes, during checkout your pin code is automatically verified for delivery availability. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified immediately so you can use an alternate address.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, Paytm, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways (Razorpay/Paytm). We never store your card details on our servers.

CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES?

Yes, you can apply discount/promo codes during checkout on the payment page. Enter your code in the "Discount code" field and click Apply. Note: discount codes are not applicable on COD orders.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order is simple:

  • Browse and add products to your cart
  • Go to cart and click Checkout (or use Guest Checkout)
  • Enter or select your delivery address
  • Choose payment method and complete payment
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can use our Guest Checkout option to place an order without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, manage addresses, and reorder easily.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. For cash on delivery orders, cancellation is available until dispatch. To cancel, go to your Account, view the order, and click Cancel.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
