Payment Policy

If the buyer's credit card or debit card is declined, we will not process the order. We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship orders through reputed courier partners across India. Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days for metro cities and major towns, and up to 14 business days for rural and remote areas.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch.

You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track your order status through your account or our Track Order page.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are prepaid. You may request a cancellation within 2-5 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched or sent to production.

To cancel, use the Cancel Order option in your Account, or contact us via email or phone. Cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched or sent to production will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and a refund cannot be guaranteed.
