Refund & Return Policy

At Print More India, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. We have specific policies regarding returns and refunds to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect (such as printing errors, wrong product, or quality issues), we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the damaged/defective product via WhatsApp at +91 79900 81736 or email us at [email protected]
  • Include your Order ID in the message
  • Once verified, we will ship a replacement within 3-5 business days
Return Eligibility

Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Please double-check your product selection before placing the order.

Refund Policy
  • If a replacement is not possible (product discontinued or out of stock), a full refund will be issued
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • For cancelled orders (before production), refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for prepaid orders and within 24 hours for COD orders, provided the order has not already been sent to production. Cancellation requests can be made from your Account → Orders → Cancel Order, or by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Cancellation requests received after production has started will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
